Katharina is a registered Occupational Therapist, Mindfulness Teacher and SoulCollage® facilitator. She works as a counsellor and professional supervisor in the public and private sector as well as NGO settings.

Her focus is on assisting people to create meaningful lives based on their personal values. She has a wealth of experience and training in a variety of approaches including Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindful Self Compassion (MSC) , solution focussed and strengths based frameworks.
