Counselling offers a safe and confidential place where you can get support with issues you are facing.

People come to me about a wide range of concerns, including relationship strife, life changes, depression, stress, anxiety, grief, and recovery from traumatic events.

Drawing on my extensive training and experience I combine the science of recovery work with various cognitive and mindfulness approaches to help you draw on your own wisdom and find ways forward.

Everyone’s story is unique. We typically discuss your situation, and how it is affecting you.  Identifying your values and strengths, we tune into your wisdom to help open up fresh perspectives and new possibilities. You will learn new skills and notice positive changes in a short space of time.
